Good catch on this. I cut an article about this out of Epoch Times & had it by the door so I could give it to my carrier next time she had to drive up to deliver. That happened today, & she had not been aware. Small post office here. She is a great conservative, & we always have a good talk, heh. As an aside, she had breast cancer a couple of years ago & used up a good portion of her 401 to pay for alternative treatment in Mexico, & Phoenix. She is back to her old self, & just had to put her retirement off a little bit.

The Post Office is doing all sorts of things that I would have never known about if I had not moved across the country. Because of change of address, mail forwarding, Living in a building with more than 1 apartment, and issues with the individual people and companies sending my mail to a new address, I have become aware of things a stable homeowner would not be aware of.

I have not gotten a lot of my mail, and to get what I got, I had to give post office an amazing amount of information and prove it was true in multiple ways. Also forwarding that we used to take for granted now costs extra, and this is a real issue when banks and credit card companies are not accepting address changes online and over the phone and require mailing a code to the address last on file.

Getting a library card was surreal.

People that are not making changes right now are allowed to wait to do some new things until they make a change.
