Predict Trumps VP Pick

Florida and Ohio are key. Kasich or Rubio would make sense. Scott Walker or Rick Scott, too.
It's not going to matter much the DEMs fixed it for Hilary by crossing over and voting Trump. Their drooling over their victory in getting another liberal (Trump) in the race with Hilary for them it's a win win

I doubt very much that Walker would accept. After Trump mentioned him for the spot a few weeks ago, he essentially called the idea absurd.

In both '08 and '12 I wanted McCain and what's-his-name to get Kay Bailey Hutchison for running mate. The party probably thought they didn't need her to deliver Texas. She's .ca. 75 now, but she can talk grandkids and retirement to Floridians and republican heroes to ohiojerks. she should still be wry, having been a College cheerleader, and could match shillary's boasting of her new grandkid (supposing Chelsea won't have aborted him or her) and of being a female lawyer from the 60's, and with no draft dodger, philandering husband. But, no idea what she thinks of trump, except she is a supporter of free enterprise.

I was stuck in traffic, listening to talk radio, when I typed that out.

That would fit Trump's main criteria for VP running mates--pick someone less competent and less liked than yourself so no assassin would try to kill you.

It has worked for obamo so far.

I had thought he would pick Cruz, but with everything that has been thrown out there lately, I doubt that would work.

Who ever he picks, I don't think Trump and his eggo will let them do much.

I wonder if he would consider Sarah Palin

Hmm, maybe, but I don't know. A large part of his ego does seem to be tied to his belief that he can pick the right people for the job(s). If the guy was managing multiple real estate developments at the same time, he either had to give up micro-management or sleep.

Well she is a woman who speaks with an exotic accent...
There in lies the problem she is a woman, and she would be too strong for Trumps EGO to handle. Besides he's already stated that he wants somebody who knows how to work with the Legeslative branch knows their way around so they can negotiate with them. I thought that was the Presidents job but he is going to delegate it to the VP. So what is the Donalds hobby?

I don't think that it will be Carson because Super-wealthy Trump compared him to a child molester:

[Super-wealthy] Donald Trump said Thursday that Ben Carson's self-described "pathological temper" is incurable -- adding that it's like the sickness of a "child molester."
"It's in the book that he's got a pathological temper," Trump told "Erin Burnett OutFront," speaking about Carson's autobiography. "That's a big problem because you don't cure that ... as an example: child molesting. You don't cure these people. You don't cure a child molester. There's no cure for it. Pathological, there's no cure for that."

I think that it will be Kasich, whose dad was a mailman.

Another possibility so far unmentioned is Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell, noted for his honesty.

Carson will be part of the committee to pick the VP. Sounds similar to that of Bush/Cheney where after being assigned to head up the VP committee Cheney was "it". Don't know if this is the same type of situation but find this interesting...

I also hear that Carson has recommended that Cruz be AG and could prosecute Hillary, then would make a fine SCOTUS nominee.

BTW, Carson takes Trump's rhetoric with a grain of salt and has explained several times that he holds no ill feelings about it...

Super-wealthy Trump explained that he does not need Cruz. Super-wealthy Trump does not need conservative votes at all. Super-wealthy Trump may be right about Dr. Carson's personality.
