    Correct!

    Jesus used contemporary terms that His immediate audience & chroniclers of His words understood. He did not weigh them down by saying, "A collection of rocks floating about in the space beyond the atmosphere will fall toward earth." The people of His time had no idea how high above earth the atmosphere extends, nor knew there were rox in space.

    Any attempt to try to have Jesus referring to anything but meteors in His "falling stars' statement is absurd.
