You seem to ignore the other colonies. The CoE was the established church of the Virginia and other southern Colonies.
Further, initially, the colonies only wanted what they saw as their rights as free-born Englishmen. after the ECW and the Glorious Revolution.

There was this little thing we call the American Revolution that established this nation, prefaced by the Declaration of Independence. Both of those were in opposition to the Brits and the Brits in opposition to them. The Brits did not found this nation. Claims otherwise are unfounded.

We were industrious because we wanted to make a lot of money thus becoming independent not beholding to anyone. In a capitalist society we can be masters of the universe. So did you give us that also? My son hasn’t ever been influenced by anyone, only me working almost 24/7 to achieve the goals I set. Today my son has become the Electricial car expert for Porche but on weekends he works on other peoples cars for cash money... he will make 6 figures this year and I couldn’t be more proud. And he will push himself beyond that because it’s never enough ( more education, more experience, more advancement ). So tell me, how do you British ID as being a work ethic that this kid has as being attributable to you? You are a socialist society after all and that’s gotta take away allot of initiative. Granted it wasn’t always that way in Briton... at one point you were extremely industrial ... but today?!? My question to you, what changed?Really? we actually gave you a free, God-fearing country, and look what you guys have done to it!
How bout the Dutch, The French, the Portuguese. Anyway the British took the country from the Dutch, fought the French and the Spanish for dominance. people did live under the British government cause they were forced to. Yea, thank you for your imperialism. Most Americans would say, yea and the horse you rode in here on.IF's mean nothing! Fact is that the USA exists because of the English, and nothing can ever change this! Just accept this.

the English Puritans are those who took the True Christian Faith to America. I don't think that either the Dutch, The French, the Portuguese, were born-again Christians, but Roman Catholic.
