I am in a very rural areas of Wyoming and I am active in our Women's Resource Center. We are on the look out for any attacks. We have a fairly conservative area but you never know what wood work wackos come from.
A very positive reason for a “private citizen” to have an “assault rifle” at the ready!
The wife and I were laughing about it too haha
These targets are also places the support right guaranteed the 2nd Amendment and wouldn't be slow to exercise that right.
