I'm not taking sides on the discussion, but Christ said that those who believe in him will never hunger, no doubt about it. But belief is a continual process, not just a one time event. When you choose to follow Christ, you choose that over, and over, and over again.

Exactly the point I was trying (poorly?) to make, John! Your whole life is your choice, day by day.
