It's all a power grab. It is a Tyranny operating under the guise of our own health and wellbeing, which as C.S Lewis correctly points out, is the worst kind of tyranny imaginable.
The process began decades ago with the "War On Terror" IMO. Under the pretenses of "Emergencies" of "National Security" rights were signed away and we began to live under the idea of "Constant Emergency". The Pandemic is just the next version of "Constant Emergency". It won't ever go away, it will just be placed onto the "temporary reprieve" shelf while the next Emergency is cycled up.
It's easy to pick the next Emergency, the plans are telegraphed by the media to ease us all into the idea. The next one will be a "Domestic Terrorism" epidemic, you can already see this label applied to parents of school children at school board meetings. You saw the first skirmish of this label with the Truckers in Canada.
We are in the midst of Soviet Normalization, and what is being normalized is a constant State of Emergency.

The vaccine is a tool that is used to determine how "compliant" a country has become. The powers-that-be learned that all countries in the West are now compliant, even the U.S, although the U.S is not as compliant as they would have hoped for.
i firmly believe that Nov. ‘22 will be either a turning point for the USA, OR, the compliance you noted.

Simple answer: No.
Like any other tyrant he loves power. He was just able to mask it better than others by pretending to be hip and relevant so as to appeal to those who don't pay any sort of meaningful attention to politics and vote based on their emotions and/or like or dislike of someone's personality.

It is about CONTROL of the common people by so called "leaders" who ABUSE their power to SUPPRESS us!
Covid is a SMOKESCREEN for this TYRANNY.

The other day a PM stood up in Ottawa and asked who would stand up and admit they stood with Klaus Schwab and was put down with the excuse of audio and video trouble and then another stood and spoke the previous was spreading disinformation.
We better open our eyes.
The vote above was 185 to 151 I think. The majority are with KS and his agenda, it seems, IMHO.
