It IS hard to find decent clothes for church or for anywhere you want to wear them. I always hate what's in style. uggg That's one reason I never liked shopping, I get so frustrated in the stores. But that has always made me husband happy...that I'm not a shopper. LOLOriginally posted by Thankful:
Well, folks, I went shopping to buy a new dress. I like to wear dresses. Do you know what? I could not find a dress. skirts, yes and mostly flimsy things for young girls, but what I would call a "go to church dress" I can't find.
Now I used to make my own dresses, but I don't want to do that any more. So right now, it would be helpful if someone would just tell me where I can buy a dress.I will gladly wear it instead of pants.![]()

I think the issue is that God wants there to be a clear difference between men and women's appearance.
And yes it is hard to find decent clothes in some areas. In our neck of the woods the stores mostly carry pant, pants, pants.

Why does it have to, John?Originally posted by Johnv:
The post about pants made no such distinction.

Why does it have to, John? Why assume that she, or I, or anyone else, is making a measurement of anyone else's actions? Why not at least give us the benefit of the doubt that we are only stating our own convictions?
