Yes, something done as slickly as that is almost certainly a re-enactment at best. In this case, it is probably fabricated but more analogical than satirical.
Just in case some don’t get it, and there are usually a few, not to mention those who like to twist it so that more don’t get it…
In the ad, part A is the sort of “story” concocted and propagated by TDS-inspired Internet folk and Fake News, while Part B is what really happened.
So many things that are labeled racist are not racist at all, and many incidents that are interpreted as negative are actually positive, or at least neutral.
