Issuing of a search warrant means a judge was convinced there was probable cause that a crime was committed.

Manafort has deep connections with Russians.

Watching this with interest.

Someone enlighten me please, was he fired as campaign manager, or resigned, or what? And why? And when?

I agree with Rush. The raid occurred back in July but it was made known only recently to divert attention form Trump being presidential in dealing with NK and bring attention back to 'Russia. Russia, Russia'. IOW, the timing of the release is suspicious.

That is what it means. Funny thing is that about 1/3rd of them are later suppressed because a higher level judge rules that there was insufficient probable cause. The legal system is a joke. I am not saying this because this guy was a Trump employee. For all I know he is guilty of some crime.

I can say it now because the judge is dead and I refused to take them, but a magistrate offered me signed blank search warrants so I would quit waking him/her up in the middle of the night.
