No "Christmas" trees for the White House, but rainbow lights to celebrate homosexuality are OK.

Sick.

I wish that could have been done just to do it. It sure was pretty! I've always loved rainbows. I wonder how a rainbow, so well known for being being a promise in the Bible, came to be taken and used for this purpose. Was it chosen randomly or is there logic behind its use as their symbol? I'd look it up, but I'm afraid it will bring up porn on ads or something and I don't want to see that.

Best Answer: The rainbow flag was popularized in 1978 by San Francisco artist Gilbert Baker, during the Gay Freedom Day Parade (though the association between rainbows and the LGBT community existed before 1978).

The multi-colored flag represents diversity, and hence acceptance of those different from us.

The original flag had pink and turquoise in it, but the colors were taken out because of dye unavailability. As it stands, there are six colors on the Pride Flag, each standing for a specific symbol chosen by Baker:

What is the deal with that Jenner gender stuff? It's being stuffed in our face 24/7!

Marketing....nothing more nothing less. Best to just ignore it........don't give 'it' any life. Also pray that God will breathe life back into it for it presently is dead in its sins.

I truly believe God is judging America. For us to have a President that celebrates sin from the WH. How sad. I don't dare say "can it get any worse?"

The rainbow, however, wasn’t popularized as an official symbol of the gay community until the 1970s. In 1978, San Francisco artist Gilbert Baker designed what is believed to be the first modern gay pride flag by combining eight stripes, each a different color with its own symbolism: pink for sex, red for life, orange for healing, yellow for sunlight, green for nature, blue for art, indigo for harmony, and violet for the human spirit. When he wanted to manufacture the flag for sale, he found that hot pink wasn’t as available as the other colors, and so the flag dropped to seven colors. Baker later dropped indigo to maintain an even number, and the flag arrived at its contemporary six colors. When San Francisco gay activists marched to protest the 1978 assassination of city supervisor Harvey Milk, they marched with Baker’s flags.

Hmm...

Wonder if the 42ND Infantry Division will change their insignia from the rainbow to something else like the 45TH Division did when they gave up their swastika when the Nazis started using it?

Or better yet, maybe the Army could place all their homosexuals in that division, so they would feel more confortable and at home.

I can see the headlines now.

"Building formerly known as the 'White House' struck by massive bolts of lightening, see we told ya man made global warming was for real."

For more examples of symbolism . . . CLICK HERE.

Turning the White House into the "rainbow house" is the global elite's way of showing us who's really in charge. Obama is just another puppet that carries the elite's water for them.

In the past, when changes were imposed on populations, they would take to the streets, protest and even riot. The main reason for this clash was due to the fact that the change was clearly announced by the rulers and understood by the population. It was sudden and its effects could clearly be analyzed and evaluated. Today, when the elite needs a part of its agenda to be accepted by the public, it is done through desensitization. The agenda, which might go against the public best interests, is slowly, gradually and repetitively introduced to the world through movies (by involving it within the plot), music videos (who make it cool and sexy) or the news (who present it as a solution to today’s problems). After several years of exposing the masses to a particular agenda, the elite openly presents the concept to the world and, due to mental programming, it is greeted with general indifference and is passively accepted. This technique originates from psychotherapy. [1]

It's like the WH knew this in advance, how tacky and cheap. More coarsening of the culture . . .

You are spot on - I really think whatever is the matter with Jenner probably worsens with publicity. I blame his marriage to that Kardashian, talk about unstable but he/she/it needs help and prayer.
