No, Paul was sent to concentrate on the Gentiles, yet still he was very much dealing with the Jews on his travels.

All apostles teach the same message, but they are not always sent to the same people.

Peter opened the door to the Gentiles guided by God the Father in Heaven, so he was the principle figure to both Jews and Gentiles.

Paul opposed Peter to his face because Peter showed partiality to the Jews over the Gentiles, which means Peter should have been ministering to Jew and Gentile alike.
And by that example, Paul over ruled and trumped the authority of your so called pope peter, so was at least co equal to him in the churches

No, Peter was still the only one guided by God to bring the Gentiles into the Church.
Ultimately it’s was by Peters Authority guided by God.

Paul was only critical of Peters behaviour not his teaching.

Do you call your own father, ‘ father ‘, or is this an injunction you take seriously @Dave G
The Lord Jesus said not to call any man on earth "father", so I don't.
Because of this, I call my earthly father, "Dad".

Peter was still the only one guided by God to bring the Gentiles into the Church.
"For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:" ( Romans 11:13 ). <--- Paul writing to the believers at Rome.

"for he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:" ( Galatians 2:8 ) <--- Paul writing to the Gentile believers in Galatia.

" For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles. " ( Ephesians 3:1 ). <---- Paul writing to Gentile believers at Ephesus.

Even though Peter was sent to the house of Cornelius, a Gentile, the Lord's primary purpose with him was to minister to God's elect among the Jews ( "the circumcision" ).
God's word says that Paul was the apostle that the Lord sent to the Gentiles.

The 27 New Testament documents being Holy Scriptures are our sole Apostolic authority handed down to us.

And with no Authority to interpret it for them they scatter into chaos and confliction and every wind of doctrine.

Is that how you think of the New Testament as a sole source?

I don’t think of the New Testament as the sole source, because the Catholic Church is the sole source of the New Testament guided by The Holy Spirit.

Jesus established an Apostolic Church, One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church to preserve the Scriptures and determine the Canon itself.

This means that the Catholic Church is another source of Apostolic Authority.

We disagree. I am persuaded the New Testament is the sole Apostolic authority God gave His church and churches for the correct faith and it's practices. It's 27 books were Holy Scripture when they were written in the first century.

2 Peter 1:21, For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

We cannot agree. Your chosen church did not acknowledge the those New Testament books in the first century when they were given.

You missed the part where Peter was guided by heaven to bring the Gentiles into the Church in the first place. Peter was the first Apostle to the Gentiles, guided directly by heaven. Paul didn’t do this.

Peter showed his leadership role.

Peter functioned as Pope, before his office was called Pope.
No he didn't. Think what happened when some people tried to maintain the Gentile Christians had to submit to physical circumcision:

“And certain men came down from Judea and taught the brethren, "Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved." Therefore, when Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and dispute with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas and certain others of them should go up to Jerusalem, to the apostles and elders, about this question.” (Ac 15:1-2 NKJV)

Notice, "to the apostles and elders," not just Peter.

Then what happened.

A Council was convened. Same thing has been happening under popes for 2000 years

“The apostles and the elders were gathered together to consider this matter. 7 And after there had been much debate, Peter rose and said to them, “Brethren, you know that in the early days God made choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe. 8 And God who knows the heart bore witness to them, giving them the Holy Spirit just as he did to us; 9 and he made no distinction between us and them, but cleansed their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore why do you make trial of God by putting a yoke upon the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we have been able to bear? 11 But we believe that we shall be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they will.”

12 And all the assembly kept silence;”

What does this remind us of ? The Papal Conciliar declaration after which the debate is over, all keep silent.
This is the Catholic Council model for 2000 years

If the Pope could not attend a Council, it was customary to send findings of a Council to the Chair of Peter and await his final rescripts.

It was Peter's guidance from heaven bringing Gentiles into the church that precipitated the whole events anyway.
Everyone accepted the inclusion of the Gentiles just on Peters special guidance from heaven and his preaching to them, confirmed by The Holy Spirit.

So this fits perfectly with Catholic Papal leadership of The Chair Peter.

No, look how he alone answered for God The Father.

And how he alone brought the Gentiles into the Church guided by Heaven.

Peter was Pope in all but name at that point.
That Pope claim is absent from the written word of God.

The concept isn’t. Paul said “ I became your father in Christ through the Gospel “

That’s what Popes are, our fathers in Christ through the Gospel.

Besides many things aren’t written yet are true and valid, even the Bible is unscriptural.

Yes they did. Those writings were Catholic Liturgy read in church before they were Canonised as the Bible.
