I stick to coffee. But I can hardly find anyone 35 or younger that doesn't drink 2 or more a day.

The wife has been working cardiac for a number of years, and swears they're wrecking people's health.

“Studies suggest that healthy adults can safely consume up to 400 mg of caffeine per day, which is equivalent to approximately 4 cups (945 mL) of coffee or 5 regular cans (42 ounces or 1.2 liters) of Red Bull.“

Coffee vs. Red Bull: Nutrients, Caffeine, and Recommendation

I drank a Red Bull a long time ago and didn’t like the way it made me feel. I love the smell of coffee but can’t stand the taste of it, regardless of how much cream and sugar I put in it. I have drank one cup of coffee in my life and had to force myself to finish it, just so I could say I did it. I prefer a couple of 200 mg caffeine 5 Hour Energy shots for my 400 mg of caffeine - one when I get up and one in mid-afternoon. I rarely have a soft drink - don’t want all that acidity.
