Now, if I was being selected for jury duty - and the DA asked me if I could only use the facts to vote guilty - and if my answer was "I know he is guilty - because he is black" Now that would be a racist statement.

it says nothing about race.
Wait - if you take that verse literally - then Blood Types (A+/A-, AB, ect do not exist!)

Melanin is genetic and all the genes were in Adam and Eve and Noah and his wife and their sons and their sons' wives. So at the Tower of Babel, people were scattered all over the world. A person with a lot of melanin marrying a person with very little often produces identical twins except that one has a lot of melanin and the other has very little. Science has one again refuted Darwin and those before him and those after him who believed as Darwin did. Darwin was what we would call a white supremacist.

Not necessarily!!! Take a typical city - you have the culture of the rich, the culture of the middle class, the culture of the poor- and they all speak English
