G2304 - theios - Strong's Greek Lexicon (kjv)
(Act 17:29 KJV) Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
The KJV translates Strong's G2304 in the following manner: divine (2x), Godhead (1x).
a general name of deities or divinities as used by the Greeks

I am confused, so, God is not three persons?
There are not three Gods. There is ONE God.
The Father is God. The Son is God. The Holy Spirit is God. The same and one God. I don't understand it. I accept it by faith.
The Father is not the Son. The Son is not the Father.
The Son is not the Spirit. The Spirit is not the Son.
The Spirit is not the Father. The Father is not the Spirit.
The Father, Son, and Spirit are God. One essence. One God.
You did not seem to acknowledge a study of the key words using the NASB leads to the same understanding as in using the key words of the KJV.
If you do not realize you are simply reading into "godhead" your presuppositions, there is nothing more I can say.
Are you into either Oneness or Modalism Heresy?

God is one Being, who eternal exits in 3 Persons
Are Jesus and the father same person to you then?
I believe in the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, 3 independent persons working perfectly together for the same cause.
The One God part can't be explained, other than in essence.

It's definitely heresy in my book. But I don't feel that he should taken off the boards.
I've been on Atheist Boards and have witnessed 3 accept Christ as their Saviour using the PM app.
If that can happen, there's hope for the Oneness. God can work in ways we can't even imagine.
