People get tired of being blown off with the same old canned responses to important questions. Notice you didn't include, "and was arrested and is still sitting in jail facing multiple felonies." If not for the fact the reporter offered to sit down with the guy and show him the very proof he, the spokesman, himself asked for, you might have a harassment argument which might support making the guy leave the property. Nothing in that video supports the guy going to jail and facing felony charges which is what is happening to the guy.

Can you post a link to this aspect of the story. I have not seen it. Not doubting, just haven't seen it. It doesn't surprise me.

But folks this shouldn't surprise anyone. At some point America was either going to have to fall, become meaningless on the world stage or join in the one world government. We are the generation that is going to see this, because it is on God's timetable. Gentile power is coming to a close. We should be celebrating that our King is coming SOON!

Since there were plenty of other reporters within the same distance as Lepacek to the staffer the reality is, Lepacek didn't get arrested for a "personal space violation", he got arrested for the content of his question.

This one really could have gone either way but I think they were proper or had the right to remove him. I would not say he was violating anyone's space but his attempts were to bagger and cause a scene, period! As he continued to follow after the personnel. The best thing for him and his constituents were that he got arrested and most likely what they had hoped for!

They have badgered these ridiculous questions before and apparently the personnel were not willing to continue to put up with it. In addition, the police were standing around him for a minute or so as he continued to question while allowing no forthcoming answer. Which in fact has already been given on numerous occasions. He made little real effort to leave though having been instructed so several times by the authorities. His friend sure made it seem as if they were roughed up when it all looked quite civilized to me.

Even had Giuliani known the building were going to fall as they did, exactly what could he and others' have done about it? He stated on Hannity in knowing the buildings could fall as with the melting of steel but that they were completely unaware it would happen in a crashing manner and as quickly as it did. This is also in regards to his quotes on the matter.

Was this guy actually arrested and if so what was he charged with? Is he still in jail and when is his court date?

Terrorists who hate America and who have indeed taken credit for 9/11, along with all the evidence, show they planned and then crashed airliners into the twin towers. The towers burned and after a period of time came crashing to the ground. The greatest amount of people evacuated who were able to and did so with the help of fire and police personnel. Again, what could Giuliano or anyone have done to stop the collapse? Nothing. Therefore, what purpose does it serve for Giuliano to lie in saying he did not know it was going to collapse as such? He could easily just say "yes we know they were going to collapse but we did everything we could do".


He doesn't deny they thought the buildings could collapse as with the burning of steel but they did not know, as nobody did, that they would come crashing down quickly as they did. That phenomenon is blamed on the structural design, new as it was during the period, of the buildings.

These conspiracy theorist go further in saying Giuliano and the rest of Government knew that attack was coming when it did and chose to allow it to happen. Some go even further in saying the government was part of the attack etc. They are nuts!


It will be interesting to see exactly what comes of this reporters arrest though. He was badgering and pursuing the official but I do not see an arrest with charges being necessary. They should have just escorted him away and/or detained him for a while. He did have a web cam and live feed which apparently was not allowed but they indeed dropped that espionage charge.
