I don't mind that I 'bother' you. Jesus had a propensity to 'bother.' In fact, He tells us that if we preach correct doctrine we will 'bother' folks like He did. (John 15:18-21)
Where is the hatred of the world against Arminianism? It doesn't exist.
God loves you. Jump through this hoop and you're in! It makes perfect sense to the unregenerate.
What truly troubles me is the fact that after 50 years and 11,000 posts eternal truth still 'bothers' you.
What is obvious is that my arguments "bother" you. You have started 9 threads all dedicated to me. I believe what has happened is that you have been "cut to the heart" as those men whom Stephen preached to in Acts chapter 7;
Acts 7:54 When they heard these things,
they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
57 Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
58 And cast him out of the city, and stoned him:
and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.
59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
Now, I am in no way claiming to be a Christian of Stephen's caliber, but I believe my arguments have convicted you, and now you are "gnashing your teeth" and "stopping your ears". You do not want to hear that your doctrine is false, but deep down you sense it is true. I inflame your conscience with scriptural arguments you cannot refute, just as Stephen did. I dare say you would drag me out of the city and stone me if that was within your power. You can't possibly do that, so you start multiple threads in a vain attempt to discredit and mock me.
My hope is that you will be like one person that was in that hateful crowd that stoned Stephen, his name was Saul, and he was a Pharisee. He, like you believed he had the only truth, and he persecuted these heretic "Christians". He felt a supreme duty to wipe these false believers out.
Hopefully, you will have your Damascus road moment as Saul did. I think you will.
