I think you are picking on Nixon because he failed cullinary school after leaving office. He said, "I am not a cook."OK------I'll give you Kennedy----but Nixon??? Billy Graham in his book, Just As I Am----said that Nixon was the biggest dissappointment he ever had as a friend!!
Well you got that right on. My first election was Nixon, but at the time it seemed to be the right thing to do. Also, McGovern was the opposing candidate, probably aside from Lyndon Johnson, the first of many wacko candidates to follow.Reagan was my President. His was the first Presidential election I voted in. What an honor!
In every election since, I've voted against someone—well, in 2008 I actually voted for Sarah Palin.
