Please stay on topic. Insurance companies ration insurance and thus, to use Palin's words, they are the death panels under the current system.\
Again, why jail those who don't want to buy it ?

Answer the question. Don't try to further derail it by bringing up Palin.
.
...But it is the insurance companies that are the death panels under the current system. They decide who is covered and who is not and why. The remove people from the system who are going or are costing them too much. That is well known and it is not hard to find examples ... as I showed in one post. ...
You question about jail has nothing to do with the subject of this thread ........ I guess you just want to avoid or derail the issue.
Your friend Palin is the one who introduced the term "death panels." I didn't. If you do not like the term take it up with her.

I am not saying that a government run system may be the best or the worst. I do know that our current system is good for some and absolutely terrible for many. If you do not believe me go to any free clinic and ask why so many people do not have health insurance.
Have you ever visited a free health clinic. Have you ever volunteered to help at a free health clinic? Do you know where a free health clinic is located in your city?
First of all, if you are allowed to call the companies that provide health insurance "death panels", then I am allowed to challenge you on it. Your whining does not get you out of it. If you don't want to answer, just say so.
And don't give me your self-pious bragging about free health care clinics. I doubt you are as charitable as you claim to be. A bible-based Christian would be silent about it. But then again, you have your reward, don't you ?
Saltcitybaptist: But the difference is that you currently have the option to go to another insurance company. Under the eventual Obamacare, there will be only one option.
I realize that some might say that their company only works with one insurance company, but nothing stops him from buying his own private insurance. Yes, it may be more expensive, but the choice is still available.
Ah come one whiner. You are the one who tried to derail the thread. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. ROFL
Hmmm, must have touched a raw nerve. ]I simply asked if you had visited one, volunteered at one, even know where one is ... I did not say anything about myself.

I'm not derailing anything. My challenge is directly aimed at something you said. If you are uncomfortable answering it, just say so. Actually, I don't blame you. There is no answer that won't put your foot in your mouth. Best to ignore it, eh ?
I see right thru you. You often brag about your charity, even though scripture tells you not to. My charity is none of anyone's business. Whatever you think of me is fine with me.
Why do you hate people so much that you do not want them to have a healthy life?
Why do you hate people so much that you do not want them to have a healthy life?
I have said nothing about what I do or do not do concerning health clinics.
Now answer my questions about you and free health clinics.
Busy the rest of the day. I will check in tomorrow if I have time.

Yup. Lash out when you can do nothing else. You are pathetic.
The above statement shows your motives. Plain as day.
Get thee behind me, Satan. My desire is to follow the word of God. Besides, the question is off-topic, ain't it ?
I'm sure this will be the first thing you check.
I wondered how long it would take CTB to get you to respond the way you always do. It only took you seven responses before you called a brother in Christ, Satan. Can you spell "hypocrite?"
Merely quoting scripture. What else is there to say to someone encouraging you to sin ? I would say it to anyone. Christ himself said it to Peter. I would dare to say Peter was a stronger Christian than any of us. If you have a problem with it, why doncha report me ?
Also, I see you have no problem with C.T.Boy telling another brother in Christ that they have no compassion for the poor.
And if you support charity, but with other people's money, like he does, then you are as evil as he is.
Do you think it's OK to brag about your charity ?
I think you are a long way for being Christ, so be careful how you apply His direct words.
BTW, How did CWT encourage you to sin?
Did he accuse directly of having no compassion, or did he mention some having no compassion, and your guilty conscience convicted you?
So you think it is wrong to take some of our tax money for humanitarian purposes is wrong? BTW, taxation is supported by the Constitution.
You seem to mention that you give to charity about as often as he does.

I can: L-I-B-E-R-A-L.
Easy to toss around the "liberal" tag on those you disagree with.
As far as taxation is concerned, I wish we could reduce the amount of taxes the government takes from us by at least fifty percent. I also think most taxing should be done on the local level. But, since the federal government is taking our money anyway, I would rather see it go to humanitarian causes rather than the corrupt politicians.
