Very interesting report. Notice that Russia in your link blames the USA for provoking the North Koreans. It seems that nothing has changed and that both Russia and China are still solid allies of North Korea. We need to constantly upgrade our military. If the Russians had a chance, as you know, they would destroy us.

I though most folk on the BB do not believe in evolution ... and here we have a statement about nuclear evolution.

What the OP shows is that if a person fears they will be prosecuted in this Russian affair they cannot be pardoned by the president. I believe this motivates people under investigation and who fear they will be charged and found guilty to strike a deal with the prosecutors. Otherwise they could risk being found guilty knowing that Trump would pardon them. Now we know that in State crimes this is not a possibility.

If the ship is sinking the rats will fend for themselves and jump ship.
