It's very true. I see so many people on their phones when they are out with others. :(

It id definitely a sign of the times we live in. Everywhere you go people are looking down at their phones. Nobody makes eye contact anymore. Nobody barely even speaks to each other. People can go out to a restaurant together and never say a word. It is very sad to see what that world has come to,

Does it show our addiction to the use of smartphones? It seems that they don't recognise that he is their and he needs their attention. We have been addicted to the social media to the extent that we are unable to perform any duties.

Yes, this is quite saddening. Although modern technology has got advantages, there are also some disadvantages. I am just glad that I had a happy childhood before gadgets, and smartphones took over.

Problem with my phone, I leave it in the car overnight -half of the time.
Also, I do NOT text -
I am so 20th century.

Lets face it, does a 8 year old kid REALLY need a cell phone?
