To answer the OP, as I read the Bible, I don't see any conditions placed upon God's promises. In other words, John 3:16 does not read:
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, before the rapture, should not perish, but have everlasting life.
1 Thessalonians 5:9 does not read
For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, as long as we believe before the rapture.
So, it is ridiculous to believe that salvation will not be available to those after the rapture.
