I agree with your first statement hill. Everyone is capeable of leading a good life. But then you have the apologists who will be asking you to define 'good', like we had to define 'is'.

 

That's up to the states. Maine and Nebraska have a proportional system. Also, even though a person could still win presidency with second most votes, if a majority were required to win any individual election (including EC vote), that would make third and even fourth, fifth, etc., party candidates viable.
