Schiff Panics: Accuses Trump of Cover-up With Declassification of Campaign Spying Docs

Is Schiff aware of what he is saying - To shed light upon a matter is to cover it up.

My request is that we don't selectively release classified information that is not really related to current national security. Release it ALL, including the unreleased documents about the JFK assassination and 9/11. The required time period for holding JFK related documents expired but Trump chose not to release them all.

For the first time ever, 9/11 family members and advocates are taking legal action against the FBI aimed at forcing the Bureau to assess and report the evidence of the World Trade Center’s explosive demolition as well as other unaddressed 9/11 evidence.

We are getting closer to court action to reveal the truth about 9/11.

Hmm...you said:

Don't release classified information...
...that is not related...
...to national security.

Care to rephrase that into something that makes sense?

Because once you remove the double negatives you have:

"Release classified information that is related to national security."

No. There is a lot of classified information that isn't really related to national security. Also in both of these cases it has been a long time sine the incidents occurred. Information about the Bay of Pigs invasion for instance isn't nearly as important now as it was then. ALL of the JFK information was due to be released. For some reason some of it wasn't.

So why did you say, "don't release classified information that is not related to national security"?

It doesn't make sense.

I'm getting a bit old. You're right. I should have said. Release classified information that is not related to national security.
