A case accepted by the SCOTUS will be ruled on next term

and it is about gun rights

Yes individuals, by there actions, can forfeit rights given to citizens in general. People who have demonstrated they are a hazard to others can forfeit their right of association, i.e restraining order, and their right to possess firearms and other weapons such as a hunting bow.

But just because a person has been given a "restraining order" does not allow the government to deny their possession and carry rights. Otherwise, the government could simply issue "restraining orders" for the gun owning people.

Read the Second Amendment and realize gun laws are unconstitutional.

2nd step—quickly execute anyone who commits murder.
