As we all knew it would, the Supreme Court of the United States threw out a case regarding President-Elect Barack Obama's credentials to serve based on natural born citizenship, thus ending the ridiculous grasping at straws by the nutty right.

There were a ton of other suites to include Alan Keys. The one thrown out today was not the Berg who was the Hillary supporter. Berg also has suites against McCain and accused Bill Clinton of murder. I think he is a brick or two shy...

Looks like the business is still unfinished! From the same site:

At least one other appeal over Obama's citizenship remains at the court. Philip J. Berg of Lafayette Hill, Pa., argues that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as Obama says and the Hawaii secretary of state has confirmed.

Berg says Obama also may be a citizen of Indonesia, where he lived as a boy. Federal courts in Pennsylvania have dismissed Berg's lawsuit. Federal courts in Ohio and Washington state have rejected similar lawsuits.

The court throws out litigant "A"'s case. This means that the probability of litigant "B" making any headway with a similar argument is nil. SO again, show where I identified anyone as the "nutty right" other than this action will effectively end their hopes.
