Hey all,
I just returned from a visit to SEBTS in Wake Forest. I was there for their preview day. They did an excellent job taking care of us and letting us speak with the students and professors. My wife and I loved their emphasis on the local church. It truly is a Great Commission seminary. Everything they do seems to reflect that. The chapel speaker was Nathan Lino, a guy who loved discussing church planting, and Dr. Akin gave out books. My wife and I went to lunch with one of the professors, and all of us in attendance for preview day had dinner with a professor at our table. They're real, down-to-earth people who are also academics. Anyway, commerical aside, we're going down there, Lord willing, in August.
