Seeking God some of the Time

I did not say that. I wrote: "Yes, the natural man will seek God - on the natural man's terms."

The question is not the natural man's sincerity. It is that without the enabling power of regeneration by the Holy Spirit, no one will seek God through Christ and His finished work and His righteousness.
A rose by another name will smell as sweet. No one mentioned "sincerity." On and on, one obfuscation after another. Close to a dozen verses say some of the lost, some of the time, seek God.

Those seeking God, but not finding the narrow path that leads to life, Luke 13:24, we actually seeking God according to Jesus.

Yes, the natural man will seek God - on the natural man's terms.

The question is not the natural man's sincerity. It is that without the enabling power of regeneration by the Holy Spirit, no one will seek God through Christ and His finished work and His righteousness.

Yes, the natural man will seek God - on the natural man's terms. It is only when enabled and made willing by the power of God(Psalms 110:3) through spiritual regeneration that any vile, filthy, wretched sinner will seek God through Christ and His finished work and His righteousness.
Who are "your people" mentioned in Psalms 110:3, those already saved or those not saved. Saved already! None Germane!!!

Again with the "sincerity" strawman. Those seeking God but not finding salvation, like those seeking God by works, or the rich young ruler unwilling to set aside his wealth, we still seeking God, thus the "no lost unregenerate person ever seeks God" claim is nonsense. Many do, Luke 13:24.

, we still seeking God

Yes, they were seeking God on their own terms, not through Christ and His finished work and His righteousness. Only those regenerated by the Holy Spirit seek God through Christ and His finished work and His righteousness.

1 John 4: 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

Yes, KenH I couldn't agree with you more. Anyone can "adapt" to the lifestyle, we can be influenced to start reading our bibles
going to church, praying, etc. I can testify from experience, I went through all the motions, walking the isle, getting baptized,
being a respectable church member, thinking that was what one must do. It did me no good doing this "seeking". But I was not
born again. Years later, attending a good Baptist church and hearing the word, I started struggling, short time later God was
dealing with me. Yes, I believe God breaks us completely, then I knew God had mercifully saved me, then faith came
naturally. It starts with the regenerating work of God. Repentance, faith etc. follows it.

So now Romans 3:11 reads No lost person ever seeks God except on their own terms, not through Christ and His finished work and His righteousness. Not how it reads....

Those people whom God chose before the world began and given to Christ to be their Surety.
Another unsupportable claim as no one was chosen before they existed as "not a people." On and on folks, one unbiblical claim after another....

Not what I said. The elect are in a lost state when the Holy Spirit regenerates them so that they are willing in the day of God's power to seek Him.

Nope, not what you said!
"Those people whom God chose before the world began and given to Christ to be their Surety."

To repeat, Psalms 110:3 is non-germane. Full Stop

It is quite germane.
Yet another obfuscation post.

In summary lost people sometimes seek God. Scripture mentions this numerous times. Those that deny this truth make God's word to no effect. Full Stop.

1 John 4:7 (interpretive translation)
Dear friends, we should continue to sacrificially love one another, for sacrificial love comes from God. Anyone who sacrificially loves is a child of God and knows God.

1 John 4:9 (interpretive translation)
God showed how much he loved us by sending his uniquely divine Son into the world so that we might obtain eternal life through Him.

1 John 4:10 (interpretive translation)
In this is sacrificial love—not that we responded to God's sacrificial love, but that he sacrificially loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to provide the means of our reconciliation..

Bottom line, our response to God's revealed love demonstrates an innate capacity to not only seek God, but to place our faith in His promises.

Luke13:24 NASB
“Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able.

At a minimum, many lost people, more than a few, will seek the narrow door that leads to life eternal is supported by scripture. The assertion that no one ever seeks God is unbiblical nonsense.

The assertion that no one ever seeks God is unbiblical nonsense.

Romans 3:9-18 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; as it is written,

There is none righteous, no, not one:
There is none that understandeth,
There is none that seeketh after God.
They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable;
There is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Their throat is an open sepulchre;
With their tongues they have used deceit;
The poison of asps is under their lips:
Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
Their feet are swift to shed blood:
Destruction and misery are in their ways:
And the way of peace have they not known:
There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Romans 3 SNIP

There is none that seeketh after God.

Yes, no scripture says no one EVER seeks God. Thanks for supporting the biblical view. No scripture says everyone never seeks God. Thanks for supporting the biblical view. We do not seek God all the time because we all sin and while we are sinning we are not seeking God.

This is not rocket science...

We do not seek God all the time because we all sin and while we are sinning we are not seeking God.

Since all humans beings are never perfectly holy as God is perfectly holy all during their time on this earth, all humans beings are always sinning.

All of my righteousness is as filthy rags(Isaiah 64:6). My righteousness is wholly in the righteousness of another - Christ Jesus.
