I have been planning to go to New Mexico, the Taos/Angel Fire/Red River area, and I get conflicting ideas as to, if I go, I will be able to do anything but stay in a room somewhere. The state appears to still have a 14-day self-quarantine for anyone coming into the state, according to the government sites. But I called a tour company that offers sleigh rides and was told to come on and not worry about restrictions. Was the latter lying to me? Or are these restrictions so difficult to enforce that they may as well not exist (supposing they do)? Romans 13 comes into application IMO.
