That's not in there. If you have an intelligent response to the legal arguments in this thread, then feel free to post them.

I guess that you are unaware that the bomber is not a U.S. citizen.

His response goes directly to the legal arguement.

I didn't ignore anything. Legally, not every human being is a person. To be a person under the law, one must have a certain standing or rank. In the case of the Constitution, one must be a citizen.

I cannot understand how anyone muddies up this issue.

This guy was a non-citizen. Taking terrorist actions. Against US citizens.

Come on, people...how obtuse can you get?

"We the people of the United States..." is how the Constitution begins. Doesn't that give you a clue?

Good grief...of course, views like what we're seeing is what is going to get a bunch of people killed by terrorists. We're going to coddle them, until they manage to pull off "The" attack.

If and when that happens...I hope the treason trials start promptly, for those who had a hand in letting these goons go free.

No, he ignores Matt Black's post for one.

His post is neither the beginning nore the end of what is needed to understand this. But it takes a citizen and one who is invested in staying true to the constitution and the founding of this country. Something Matt lacks.
