I don't know about her being a "false prophet" but she has surely drunk the Kool Aide.

Nobody with an IQ greater than his hat size denies the earth is getting warmer. Global average ocean temperatures are up a full 1 degree over the past 100 years.

The question is, what is causing it? The majority of the evidence indicates it is due to an 1100 years solar cycle that will peak in about 2070 and begin a cooling phase.

Anthropogenic contributions to greenhouse gasses, etc., account for only 6% of such gasses.

You mean 7.5 isn't a good IQ? They lied to me :Cautious, but now I see why I believed it. :(

I agree, but the funny thing is the proponents of "global warming" are now calling it "climate change." Many good scientists theorize we are approaching a cooling cycle.

Ironic thing to me was remember watching on that show by Leonard Nimoy a shown on global ice age to come in 1980's, and the main author was the Dr who later on headed up the UN climate change group heralding Global warming. Have to use climate change in order to cover their lies and mistakes!

I remember all the talk of another ice age and a nuclear winter back in those days.

The Young Earth Creationists (YECs) say that there cannot be another ice age because the one that we had was caused by Noah's Flood and God set the rainbow in the sky as His promise that there would not be another global flood.

If you calculate that the Ice Age lasted seven hundred years from start to thaw to today's ice cap, then you can say that global climate has been essentially stable for the last 3700 years or so with variation within a known range. Hydrogen explosions on the sun may cause extra heat and volcanic dust may cause extra cooling and so forth.

I also remember reading that the Sahara was a lush area at one time, so how did we cause it to become desert, how many automobiles were around in Bible times?

The water there probably was left from the flood and eventually dried up. It is the same in West Texas in that there are marine fossils all over, although it is not as arid as the Sahara. After the Ice Age, the vulcanism diminished and the earth returned to a natural temperature, which allowed the ice to melt to its current boundaries. The thinking is that the ice formed for five hundred years and melted in two hundred years, so that the current temperatures have been around since seven hundred years after the global flood of Noah that destroyed the ancient world that existed from the fall of Adam until the flood.

I think she's just another confused Christian raised by a very backslidden Church generation. The modern Church is clueless on politics. They've been told politics doesn't matter. Just focus on the gospel. Don't worry about the immorality out there. Do good, but no through politics. Don't worry about the 60 million baby abortion holocaust. Just talk about Jesus.

As a result, men and women like this raise to prominence in their modern Churches.

Observation gives more reason to agree with you - and that is disturbing.

Does backslidden = lukewarm, indicated by women in the pulpit?

It’s settled: 90–100% of climate experts agree on human-caused global warming | Dana Nuccitelli

90 to 100 pct of climate experts agree on human caused global warming

There is an overwhelming expert scientific consensus on human-caused global warming.

Authors of seven previous climate consensus studies — including Naomi Oreskes, Peter Doran, William Anderegg, Bart Verheggen, Ed Maibach, J. Stuart Carlton, John Cook, myself, and six of our colleagues — have co-authored a new paper that should settle this question once and for all. The two key conclusions from the paper are:

1) Depending on exactly how you measure the expert consensus, it’s somewhere between 90% and 100% that agree humans are responsible for climate change, with most of our studies finding 97% consensus among publishing climate scientists.

2) The greater the climate expertise among those surveyed, the higher the consensus on human-caused global warming.

Expert consensus results on the question of human-caused global warming among the previous studies published by the co-authors of Cook et al. (2016). Illustration: John Cook

The consensus in the 70's was that there was an ice age coming. Now they say during that same time the earth was warming not cooling. So much for consensus. Anyone with an IQ of dirt can see that.

90% of the scientists in history have been overturned. Means nothing. 99% of the scientists (religious philosophers) believe we've evolved from a single cell animal.

On this day (April 12) in 1633, chief inquisitor Father Vincenzo Maculano da Firenzuola, appointed by Pope Urban VIII,begins the inquisition of physicist and astronomer Galileo Galilei. Galileo was ordered to turn himself in to the Holy Office to begin trial for holding the belief that the Earth revolves around the Sun, which was deemed heretical by the Catholic Church. Standard practice demanded that the accused be imprisoned and secluded during the trial.

Along with the order came the following penalty: “We order that by a public edict the book of Dialogues of Galileo Galilei be prohibited, and We condemn thee to the prison of this Holy Office during Our will and pleasure; and as a salutary penance We enjoin on thee that for the space of three years thou shalt recite once a week the Seven Penitential Psalms.”

Galileo agreed not to teach the heresy anymore and spent the rest of his life under house arrest. It took more than 300 years for the Church to admit that Galileo was right and to clear his name of heresy.
