Should we trust Cain?

The story is absurd and Allred is not credible even when you remove the fact that she is a Democratic supporter. The story of this latest "witness" is to far fetched. And this entire thing is not about proving Cain guilty. It is about placing doubt on him and getting him off message. Nothing more. The accusations are evil and only gullible folks would buy into it.

I'm starting to wonder about Cain's innocence. According to you I guess I'm a gullible person.

The witness is a registered Republican. The witness went to Allred for counsel.

If this 'thing' is about placing doubt on Cain and getting him off message, who is the culprit?

Oh, I didn't know the boyfriend was with them when Cain supposedly put his hand on her thigh?
I don't think that is the claim. I think she is saying after it happened she disclosed it to her boy friend and now he will give a sworn statement that she did indeed speak of it to him at or around the time it happened.
I still give him the benefit of the doubt because this all seem so convenient and very political and without some creditable evidence it is just unsubstantiated accusations.

That is only hearsay and is not allowed as evidence in the United States.

Read this link - gives info on the Theory of The Hearsay Rule

Here, I agree with you 100%

That's what I do not understand. Mr. Cain worked closely with women in many different jobs prior to the NRA- as a restaurant manager, for one- and yet it is all people associated with the NRA that are accusing him (AFAIK). He also has had several positions since that time on the boards of various companies and as the host of a radio show, yet no one from those places has accused him. There is something rotten in Denmark and it is not Mr. Cain, IMHO.

Needless to say, Cain's goose is just about cooked. If it isn't true somebody has pulled a pretty good smear job.
