Would any "proof" offered be accepted? Isn't the media in on the whole one world, take over everyone agenda?

Have you ever noticed that no matter which of the six news networks you turn on they're reading from the same script as the other five almost word for word one never questioning the other's facts or sources?

No never? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1o9x-yDyN78 Even the local news is scripted. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85KZ3POfg3g

So . . . who writes the script?

There are first hand accounts, photographs, and videos from people on the ground in Ukraine and Crimea on this site. It's very extensive, so happy reading.

I'm guessing this is the third or fourth time I've posted a link to this site for readers on BB.

Cool did you take notes as you checked these people's backgrounds and and verified each of their posts? If so may I have a look at them?

It's going to to take me awhile to go through all this but from what I have seen so far the Atlantic Council, Carnegie Foundation, the "coup regime" itself and the US State Dept through USAID and NED are well represented.

How in the world did you check out the history and background of all these people and verify all this information so fast? I'd really love to see those notes of your's!

Question begging again.

I see nothing wrong with asking someone to provide proof of what they assert. Saying, "If you believe this, show me why" isn't question begging. Admittedly, it is a challenge. One which only one post has done anything to answer; the rest have been obvious twists, flames, or blatant attempts at derailing.

I'm not saying I agree or disagree. I'm just asking if we could have a civil discussion on an item instead of resorting to what amounts to playground taunting.

Uh excuse me....but you are a new commer. There is a long history here you know nothing of. We know more about poncho and what he is doing than you do. Just to fill you in the op is a taunt. We know this because we know poncho after years of dealing with his posts. I suggest you give some time to get to know folks before jumping in others conversation.

A few years is not exactly a newbie and his posting name should give you a hint as far as him having a clue about the topic at hand and human nature. Good grief...

774 posts is a newbie. And nothing was mentioned about what he knows about the topic at hand.

Sapper and I go back a ways.

Of course I was taunting you guys. You all jumped into this "Russia is trying to take over world" stuff without any thought just as you have so many times accused me of doing.

You take the word of people that just violently over threw an elected government, good bad or ugly doesn't matter as if it were the gospel. You guys are the ones who are always reminding me that we have to obey the laws of our country no matter how unjust or ridiculous they are and here you are rooting for a violent group of people in Ukraine that you would most certainly condemn here for doing much less!

What's the word for that again?

You guys flip and flop on your principles faster than a horse can trot. It's a grave sin against God according to you to question the justness of the laws of this country but it's okie dokie for a group you know next to nothing about to use violence to over throw their government and set their country on a path to civil war?

And you say I'm insane? Well, you may be right about that. If you guys are such fine examples of sanity then count me out I want no part of it.

I'd rather be judged a lunatic than a hypocrite any day.

I had to laugh when I saw that, Poncho. They were so quick to cheer on those in the Ukraine. Not saying that what those people did was wrong if their government was being unjust, but I can't even WHISPER that there are issues in the United States without these same people on the board going berserk! I jokingly mentioned that attitude today and they're off on a tangent. You know what happened before, but instead of piously quoting verses about obeying those that have the rule over you, submitting to authority, and pointing out how other countries have it worse than them, they think this is great! One even moaned about how sad it was that people in the United States are so passive when it comes to injustice in our country, but look at THEM...ROFL That was priceless.

They're special alright.

I suspect now they'll all go into a huddle with the "great insulter" and a couple other self appointed Baptist Board censors and come back in force tomorrow to give us the business about being bad Christians and anti American marxists in league with Vlad the merciless or even worse libertarians in league with Ron Paul!

I don't believe you have ever given me the Romans 13 sermon for questioning unjust laws like the Rev and some others here have.

But I do I believe you have accused me of rushing to conclusions without proof a time or two.

BTW thanks for posting that blog. I'll take another look at it even though I've been told by some other's here that "blogs aren't credible sources of information".

Says the guy who shuffles his principles around to fit the topic at hand.

You know you are so predictable. I already knew which position you would take on this before you made the first post. I also knew you were going to make assumptions about every body else with no thing to substantiate it.

Hmmm, sounds like you're trying to say you're the only one who has the right to act like you.

You are quite predictable yourself Rev. I knew before your first post you'd come here and condemn me for acting like you and your buddy TND. So far neither of you have let me down. When this "news" about Ukraine first broke you two quickly chose a side without knowing who or what you were crawling into bed with and when I tried to show there were two sides to this story I was accused of being a "Putin lover" and a "marxist", and of course you show up like you're king of Baptist Board with your "school yard antics" to try to put me in my place.

Hey if you want to hold hands with Nazis who am I to question it right? I mean you and TND have been very consistent in your defense of the authoritarian corporatist system of government we have in the USA so I guess witnessing you two crawling into bed with Nazis without question shouldn't come as much of a surprise. It would be the "logical" next step after all. Matter of fact about the only disappointment either of you have shown about living under an authoritarian corporatist system of government is that the republicans aren't the ones "in charge" of it.

So far the only thing you've proven in this thread is you look down on others who dare use your tactics against you, that you'll deny having unwittingly affiliated yourself with neo nazis and you will keep on flat out refusing to learn anything more about them than you already assume to know. Just knowing they don't like the Russians is evidently good enough for you to join their camp.

Sieg Heil! (Hail Victory!)

Yeah, if only they had a stat for posts read. I've been reading the BB since before I graduated HS in 2001. I even used to post back in 2002 under a user name that i eventually forgot and had to remake a user when i wanted to post, hence this one that's only a few years old. I read most every new post every day. But unlike some, if what I have to say has already been said, or I have nothing to add, I don't say anything.

Like I've said before, I don't agree with a lot of what Poncho says. Doesn't mean I instantly discredit what he brings. Just means I check into it more carefully. But I sure don't instantly derail a thread he starts.

And he wasn't question begging. He was clarifying to whom the OP was addressed.

Powerful Interview: America Openly Funding Al Qaeda!

Hiya Sapper. At first I couldn't believe the Rev was talking to you like that. You have to understand that he as well as his buddy TND are desperate to keep the false media narrative about Ukraine going as long as possible because they immediately jumped on the bandwagon and bought into it without thinking it through and now they can't back out without looking foolish.

Trying to make others look foolish is about all they can do at this point. But even that is failing them now as more and more comes out about who they're holding hands with.

They climbed into bed with complete strangers and would rather other people here not think about it. So don't be surprised if they start accusing you of being a marxist next to try to divert people's attention away from their hasty uninformed decision.
