We don't know what goes on in another person's life, so I'll not make a judgment on the state of the woman. I do not agree with charging people with "hate crimes", although I do agree that if we use the law this certainly would fall into the category. I think she should be charged with assault and vandalism at a minimum.

Bottom line is the woman has the right to be racist. She has the right to hate whomever she wants to hate. She does not have the right to act out on that racism or hatred, regardless of her personal circumstances.

Personally, I lean towards this being a societal issue and trend resulting from God giving people over to depravity and to a depraved mind. People seem more and more to be doing what they believe right in their own mind, based on skewed perceptions of reality. But that's just my unsubstantiated opinion.
