If you are slandering seminaries by calling them cemetaries, you sir, are offensive. A call from God to preach is a call to prepare. Willfully uneducated ministers are prideful and arrogant.Originally posted by tinytim:

yes, what gives with that? and the many scholars that the cemeteries have produced today, I would not reccommend to anyone. They are mostly doing their translations from W & H.
I call upon both you and SFIC to not take this thread into a KJVO debate.
The OP was a simple question, and you both cannot be satisfied unless you convince us that all RCs are going to Hell.
If you do not want to associate with the lost people of this world, have at it, but there are some of us that want to see people get saved. And to do that we must go to them, and take the good news of Jesus Christ to them. </font>[/QUOTE]I too fully agree. But first we must discern that their way is a false way.
However that being said, there is an old saying; Don't cut off someone's nose and then give them a rose to smell. My pointing out the errors of the RCC is to put to light the fact that they are lost, but not to directly confront them with their false religious system. Jesus used the method of confronting people with their sin, and then giving them the Gospel.
I have debated many Catholics and Christians that are close to Catholics who would rather say "I'm O.K., you're O.K." instead of confronting them with the one true Gospel. They are not their friends.
