My son received a smoked turkey from his employer. Never having had a commercially smoked turkey, we're not sure how to prepare it.
It seems to be vacuum-packed, Schwab's brand. Do we just heat it through? Could we put it in the roaster that we normally use for a regular, frozen turkey? Would it be better done in the oven?
