I didn't see this posted on here and maybe I missed it or maybe no one else thought to ask... I know what I got... And it came handmade from my grandkids... A Corn Bag!... Maybe some know what a corn bag is and others don't... You put a corn bag in the microwave for one minute or longer and apply the warm bag to the back of your neck or where your muscles ache... Just the reverse of a cold pack... Does it feel gooooooooooooood!... You can probably find on line how to make one and what materials to use or you can go online and order one if you are creative make one to your liking... Some on here maybe already know about corn bags and have better knowledge than I do or you can order them from this following link... Just wanted to share!... So What Did You Get For Christmas?... I LOVE those things!! We have them made with rice and they feel wonderful on sore muscles!!!

I got a beautiful scarf, an infinity scarf, two pedicure gift cards (love pedicures - my fingernails never hold polish but I can get about a month out of toe nail polish! :) ), a journal and a gift card to my favorite restaurant. I really didn't need anything and this was really nice! OH!! Hubby bought an Instant Pot for me - I forgot he got that for me because I ordered it before Christmas .... ummm....errrr... he ordered it before Christmas. ;) It's an electric pressure cooker that I need to start trying out recipes for. So far I made mac and cheese (big hit) and Mongolian beef (another big hit).

I had no idea you could use rice... btw Ann you know what they say about us men... The way to a mans heart is his through his stomach... A friend of mine who was a Baptist preacher use to say as he was going through the lunch line loading up his plate and tasting the culinary fare the sisters brought... Who made this and comment on what it was... Said why if I wasn't married I'd marry her right now... That was also if she wasn't married... Those Baptist preachers love to eat... Sounds like you have a happy hubby!... Brother Glen

Goku plush (I love Dragon Ball, fight me), ChickFilA giftcard (that I still haven't had the opportunity to use--the frustration is real!), money that I used to see The Force Awakens, and art supplies.

That corn bag sounds like something I maybe ought to try...though I already have and use a heating pad. Would it be very practical for use like if I have a pain spell and I'm not home? Though I'd still have to have a microwave nearby, I guess. Hm.

I bought my wife some pasta making attachments for her kitchen aid mixer, and have been reaping the rewards. First up was fettuccine.

...wonder what keeps it from becoming pop corn? My wife has a rice bag she microwaves and uses on her neck and back.

I got several books, a Kershaw quick opening pocket knife, seat covers for my truck, and we all had a good time and enjoyed our time together.

...and Rob, that pasta makes my mouth water.

I asked my wife the same thing and she said it is feed corn... Well if it pops I'll have a whole microwave full of feed pop corn won't I?... If I'm lucky I'll feed my face... Brother GlenBiggrin

I really got spoiled this year. I got an tabloid, a beautiful ring, slippers, all kinds of beauty care products, a beautiful sheet sets, a gift card to one of the best restaurantsleep here in the city, a family necklace, candles, an infinity scarf and some homemade perseves. It was a great Christmas. I got to spend it with all the people that I love.

I got several bills to pay and nothing more than that. No presents for me this year. The best thing that happened is that I met somebody who will probably fill the emptiness I feel since someone I really love is becoming a stranger just because I said that. It wasn't so good in past few years but I think the balance or karma will be restored soon enough. Yeah, few days ago I was hit by a car. Good days.

Once you get old enough you buy the things you want when you need them.
We've collected enough stuff.

This was the first year with no kids in the house for Christmas.

I bought my wife a specialty chocolate bar and she bought me an outside windshield protector to protect against frost and snow.

It was a great Christmas!

I got a 114 year old Victorian. We've been living in church owned or supplied housing for the last 25 years. It was time to take root somewhere.

My brother and sis-in-law,
Because they know
I'm a Gunsmoke collector--
A big fan of the show--
Gave another big photo
Of the '64 cast
With Burt Reynolds' signature--
It's really a blast.

My niece and her family
Gave an electric fountain.
I haven't plugged it in yet;
I'd rather view a mountain.
And my oldest brother
An oil lantern gave.
I might use it camping...
Or exploring a cave.
