So what music are ya listening to to pass the time

Someone I had a big musical crush on back in the early 90s - Suzy Bogguss - has released a new song and video.

 

I listened to rock and roll over 50 years.
I think those sounds are "better" because they stick with me.
The guitar solo from "Maggot Brain" (Funkadelic) is a classic. And is "...You've got to love the one you're with..." (Crosby, Stills and Nash) a proper mantra?
All kinds of snippets from all those years of songs interrupt and plague my thinking many times during the day.
Is this kind of music "better" for the spiritual life because it sounds "better"?
It is difficult to go for the "corny."

But how is it going to help me to do this...:
