If you don't want to answer the question (post 16) - just say so

Congress passed the spending in excess of revenue in the amount of $4.226 trillion in fiscal year 2020 and President Trump signed the spending into the law.

Did the national debt increase by 4.226 trillion in the 2020 fiscal year when Donald Trump was president? YEP!!!!
What caused the need to restorative spending, the prior administration of the godless left, or the biological attack from China.
Once again, the big spenders on waste, the Dems, point their finger anywhere and everywhere except at t themselves.

President Trump signed the spending bills into law. That is an undeniable fact.

The Dems created the necessity to restore our defense.

No case can be made that anything close to the $4.226 trillion dollar increase in the national debt, in the fourth year of President Trumps term in office, was necessary to "restore our defense." Also, if "our defense" needed to be "restored", then revenues should have been raised to cover the costs, as well as for the entire $4.226 trillion instead of charging the cost to younger people alive today and those to come.

Repeating an obvious falsehood does not move it toward truth.
Here we have the Dems wasting money, then wanting to raise revenue (taxes) to restore necessary spending.
But in fact by reducing taxes, and facilitating economic growth, revenue is enhanced.

Pay no attention to the propaganda of the godless left. They are out to destroy America. Look at their accomplishments. Gender wokeness. Defense wokeness, Economic wokeness.

Repeating an obvious falsehood does not move it toward truth.

Van presents no facts to back up his claim. A pitiful effort by Van.

Van, please answer the following questions:

1) Did the national debt increase by $4.226 trillion in fiscal year 2020?

2) Did the Congress pass the spending bills resulting in the $4.226 trillion increase in the national debt in fiscal year 2020?

3) Did President Donald J. Trump sign spending bills in fiscal year 2020 that greatly exceeded the amount of revenues that the United States federal government received in fiscal year 2020, with the result being that the national debt increased by $4.226 trillion in fiscal year 2020?

Folks, the only way to blame the President for excessive spending would be to enact a Constitutional Amendment giving the President the "line item veto." The Congress enacted the line item veto, but the Dems were successful in having it declared unconstitutional.

Again, Van presents no facts.

For readers who are interested, the correct answers to the questions below are:

1) Yes.
2) Yes
3) Yes

That Van cannot answer these simple questions, is quite telling.

So, being generous, here is another chance, Van, for you to answer the questions:

1) Did the national debt increase by $4.226 trillion in fiscal year 2020?

False. The president can veto any bill, as President Grover Cleveland did - 414 times in his first term in office.

With a line item veto, the waste can be stripped out of the bill, and the rest approved.
