John 10 proves it so, parables (illustrations) people will never understand, unless they are plainly told the meaning by Christ, note v6. even His disciples had to ask them what they meant, only then would he explain, but only to them the true meaning, such as Matthew 13:36.

1 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2 But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. 4 And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. 5 Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.” 6 Jesus used this illustration, but they did not understand the things which He spoke to them.

Not going further with this but Parables hide the truth and teach nothing the lost can understand. Parables must be interpreted by Christ to know what they mean. Parables are not God's attempt to save the lost He knows will never repent and believe, it is God making them certain of their sins, so nothing to do with salvation, only their just condemnation.

Mark 4
10 But when He was alone, those around Him with the twelve asked Him about the parable. 11 And He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables, 12 so that

‘Seeing they may see and not perceive,
And hearing they may hear and not understand;

Lest they should turn,
And their sins be forgiven them.’ ”

1) Did anyone say Christ speaking in parables was an "attempt to saved the lost He knows will never repent and believe?" :)
2) Why ignore the explanation, the parables of Matthew 13 were to prevent the lost from being healed because the time was not yet right.
3: What does being "outside" mean in Mark 4:11? Outside of the planned timing of His revelation of the mystery of the gospel.

If people dont understand the gospel, they will never believe in Christ, it will just be foolishness to them. The parables describe the kingdom of God in illustrations.
After the resurrection this verse was written, those who are perishing versus those saved by the power of God. You, me, anyone who are being saved, it is the power of God. That means born again, you can not see or perceive Christ or the kingdom unless your first born of God. You dont believe and then get born again by God. You believe because He made you alive so that you could see.
1 Corinthians 1:18
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

That word see there means perceive, so you can not perceive who Christ is unless born again first.
'See' there does not mean enter. That is how so very basic it is. If you cant know Christ as God come in the flesh, then you can never be saved.

If the lost cant do any of the above, they will have zero interest in Christ come to save.

Why not address the questions?

The parables were to prevent the lost from understand and being healed because the timing was not right. "OTHERWISE THEY WOULD SEE WITH THEIR EYES,
HEAR WITH THEIR EARS,
AND UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEART AND RETURN,
AND I WOULD HEAL THEM.’

And remember Romans 11 where God hardened the hearts of the unbelieving Jews to facilitate the spread of the gospel to the Gentiles? If your view was correct, then God would not have needed to harden any of their hearts.

No, you premise is simply unbiblical, refuted again and again in scripture.
