Something my preacher said...

My preacher said in his sermon that All sins before salvation are forgiven and forgotten. All sins after salvation are remembered and we will be judged for each and every one of them at the Bema judgment.

I totally disagree. What say you?

" And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;"

I just don't believe this is what the Bible teaches. No disrespect to your pastor. I've disagreed in silence with my own good pastor before.

We will all be judged for the words and deeds done while still in our flesh, but that is not for salvation sake, but to see if God can reward us for being faithful or not in what he called us to be doing

Jeremiah 31:34, . . . saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Cited in Hebrews 8:12, . . . their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

2 Corinthians 5:10-11, For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

For those in the New Covenant, how?

1 Corinthians 3:14-15, If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
