Is and will Jesus always be the, μονογενῆ --- [unique, only, one, kindred, Son] born of woman of the God?

There are three issues. 1) He was always the Son, Proverbs 30:4. 2) He was given to be incarnate, Isaiah 9:6. 3) He was already Son, when God said He would be begotten in His bodily resurrection, Acts of the Apostles 13:33.
Prov 30:4
Who went up to heaven, and cometh down? Who hath gathered the wind in his fists? Who hath bound waters in a garment? Who established all ends of the earth? What is His name? and what His son's name? Surely thou knowest!
Ex 3"14 CSB God ('ĕlōhîm) replied to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.[fn] [ Or I AM BECAUSE I AM, or I WILL BE WHO I WILL BE ] This is what you are to say to the Israelites: I AM [ I WILL BE ] has sent me to you.”.
This was Elohim, JEHOVAH speaking to Moses V 7
And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS:
What did the angel tell Joseph relative to the child to come forth from the virgin Mary
Matt 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS:
John 8:58 Jesus said to them, 'Verily, verily, I say to you, Before Abraham's coming -- I AM;'
Also consider:
Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. Gal 3:16
Heb 7:9,10 And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham. For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him. ---- Is son always in the loins of those before him?
Heb 7:14,15 For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; [seed of Abraham, seed of David, through Mary according to the flesh Rom 1:3] of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.
And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,
V 16 after the power of an endless life. See Romans 6:9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. ?Power of an endless life?
Heb 5:5,6 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
Romans 1:4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
The WORD was going to be made flesh before the foundation of the world, The Son would be sent through a virgin before man was created in the image of God and the virgin taken from him. IMHO
