Says who?

Mueller has not released his report. Standard protocol does not allow him to indict a sitting President, only to submit a report to the Deputy Attorney General. Moreover, his investigation is not complete.

This is like someone declaring the upcoming talks with North Korea a failure since President Trump has had more than 14 months of being President already. That would be a patently unfair accusation, just like your repeated assertions against Mueller. This has been pointed out at least three times by me. Where is the failure in my reasoning or understanding of policy, or do you not care about that?
