Spiritual Gifts

I was wondering when does a person receive a spiritual gift such as is outlined in (among other places in the NT) I Corinthians 12?

Is he/she given that gift at birth but is only manifested once he/she gets saved? Does that person only receive that gift (or gifts) once he/she is saved?

Can a person receive one spiritual gift and then later on receive another one as well?

An unbeliever does not have the Spirit, so we do not receive the gift until we are saved. I don't know how many gifts a person gets. It seems to me that people exhibit at least a couple of the gifts. The important things to remember are:
1. They are given as God wills...not as we want.
2. They are for the common good...not to puff ourself up.

Winman--I've taken the adult test some time ago.

My OP wasn't so much about determining what my own particular spiritual gift(s) might be, but rather when in a person's life he/she receives his/her spiritual gift(s).

Spiritual Gifts are given to Christians when they are saved, and distributed by the Holy Spirit as He so wills!

NOT talents/skills etc natural to us....

Per Hebrews...
