Where in the constitution does it say the Federal Government has the right and or authority to "spread the wealth around"? That is not the Presidents job under the constitution.

Wrong question. Where in the Constitution does it say that the government must concentrate wealth as has been done in the last 7 years?

Obama is all about income redistribution interconnected with radical racism.

He has publicly admitted the former but the latter remains a hidden agenda.

As does McCain. McCain not only helped cram that 700 billion wealth redistribution bill down the American people's throat, he was instrumental in adding 150 billion in pork to buy the votes that defeated it the first time.

What is it you hear at every McCain speech? Look at my shiney new pen. It is a veto pen. I will veto every pork bill that comes across my desk and make them famous.

This guy is from head to toe baloney to put it nicely.

A tax plan with graduated rates spreads the wealth around. I know we've had that since 1950.

The graduated rates are needed for the people who don't work. It is a system that punishes success. Contrary to many a liberal hallucination, most fortune 500 companies donate great amounts of money to good charities. And don't give me the argument that we need to tax the rich because church's don't perform their duties anymore. Maybe I would be willing to better fund their health care, if I didn't have to fund their section 8 housing & food stamps, as well.

Yet one more reason for the American people to WAKEUP about Obama, yet some sleep ignorantly while others calculatingly await his power.

The liberals in this country are in for a real surprise. (Please note that I did not say DEMOCRATS, but LIBERALS; Ds, Rs, Is, et al)

When, not if, the liberals have all three branches of government and they are free to do their dastardly deeds freely, all the sheeple that have relied on gov't for their being are going to find that they were actually nothing more than fodder for the elite to gain power. Once these sheeple are no longer needed, they will see the true face of their heros.

It'll be similar to the Red Sea overwhelming the Egyptians; going along thinking all is well when the waters buried them. so it will be with all those whose savior is the "STATE"!

You ignore the constitutional question entirely to bring up a point we already know...the government is acting unconstitutionally.

Absolutely. It takes money from people who did earn it, and gives it to people who did not.

...the government is broke and we are under the control of those who have invested heavily in this country, namely, the Japanese, Chinese, and the Saudi Royal Family. There will be no handouts from them.....

The government has been ignoring the Constitution at east since the Lincoln War.

If a graduated income tax isn't "fair" then what about the graduated local property tax? How about dividing the local government budgets by the number of real estate tax lots and each tax lot pays it's fair share. That would cut the cost of local government.

How about letting old folks (over age 65) not pay any property tax. They paid theirs, they no longer have kids in school. Freebies for everyone over age 65!! Or maybe 62!! YAY! Forget about a chicken in every pot - No taxes if you are retired of any kind! Free everything including health care and drugs!!! That's the ticket! I can hardly wait. :applause:

So does that mean you have been tax free since Reagan was in office?

I think Obama's training by Ayers comes in, at this point. People say those commie meetings didn't affect him, but he seems pretty in step with a Marxist ideology that a lot of prestigious schools are trying to ram down our children's throats. Schools like where Ayers teaches.
