This is the second sailor, so the message didn't get across from the first episode. But this is way worse, since the other was a trainee in civvies.

OTH discharge, with the loss of GI Bill and VA home loan benefits should alert the rest of the force to the severity of this action.

Article 15 resulting in a suspended bust, 45 days extra duty, and a loss of 200.00 a month pay. After that, if it doesn't work then other than honorable discharge.

Military courtesy and the UCMJ are not optional. OTH discharge.

My latest American Legion magazine has an article about the Rio Olympics. An American pole vaulter (an Army Reserve LT) stopped his approach run and stood to attention when he heard the Star Spangled Banner being played for the awards ceremony in another part of the stadium.

I suspect that she will be offered an Article 15 to settle the matter as quickly as possible but likely won't take it because she wants the publicity of a court-martial.An Article 92 conviction could lead to two years in jail and a dishonorable discharge.

Yea but why even bother with a 2 year conviction where we have to pay for her room and board for those two years.

Toss her out with OTHD - let her fend on her own.
