Stanley's "Eternal Security"

truthseeker, who cannot post on the 'net but can read our responses, asks:

I need to know what people at Baptist Board think about Charles Stanley's book. "Eternal Security: Can You Be Sure?"

I have this book but I might get rid of it. My pastor said Charles Stanley's book are shallow. Other's on the internet have said Charles Stanley has a twisted view of eternal security. Trying to replace this book with another book on eternal security. What's a good replacement?

I say read it for yourself and decide!

I'll guarantee some will consider it heresy, and others will consider it an addendum to the Scripture. The true character is somewhere in-between
