It looks like I will be staying in Virginia this year with much of what I like to do closed up. I don't mind though... Such a beautiful state! A view from my front porch..

Looking forward to next year like going to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. We are 25 minutes away and got seasons passes early this spring, and they will make them good for next year too. Southeast Virginia is so lush and green, we have out boat on Chisman Creek, hope to get it going soon and get out on the water. Been doing a lot of bike riding in the parks with our grandkids.

We have a bike trail a mile from the house. It is a neat thing to watch the NS train as he laboriously pulls the coal cars over the mountain!

My folks owned a house in Montgomery County VA near Virginia Tech with 30 some acres and on the other side of their mountain near the New River the coal trains would run on by. We would ride up there on out Polaris ATV while running with the dogs, look down and see them go by sometimes. Sometimes we would hear coyotes, and they have this weird coyote howl they make. Their land was right near the Radford Arsenal.

I live in Merrimac... Between Blacksburg and Christiansburg... I taped some scenery from nearby Shawsville for a video....

How far is Kenneth Square from you? They opened up Longwood Gardens ... I love the place.
It’s a little more than a hour away
I haven’t been there in quite a while
but I’m not traveling there now.

Home and work, no where else, the simple life.
I’m enjoying this quarantine, best time of my life!

...and spending some quality time with my guitar (thanks to KenH) and relearning those pentatonic scales.
