Besides, they are only acting as legal counsel. The courts decide the cases, not the ACLU. They are merely pro bono advocates for people whose rights have been trampled.

If you can't answer the questions, then it's clear that you claims made about me are personal attacks. Either answer the questions, or retract your personal attacks upon me.

 

The aclu also goes on fishing expeditions when no one's rights have been "violated", indeed sometimes they don't even have a "client" , but they are looking to advance their agenda.

 

The Consitution issupposed to give us free speech. But when it comes to telling the truth about the gay lifestyle, there are some states who will put you in jail, for telling people what the Bible has to say about homosexuality. It won't shock me if the ACLU had it's hand in this mess.

California and I heard that people were arrested in Phiily for preaching that the homosexual lifesyle is wrong. Also there is a father in Massachutes who is going to be tried because he spoke pout against his kindergartener being taught about homosexuliaty.
