Go Sidney!:

It is amazing how corrupt this country is.

Dobbs and Powell do not mention Wisconsin but I never thought of Wisconsin as a crooked state until last week. Georgia seems like they need Sherman to march through again and restore liberty. Trump is going to have to go to Georgia and hold rallies to save the 2 US Senate candidates.

Both our domestic and foreign enemies know Biden is incompetent. If the lying Democrat bosses are able to destroy the country by rioting and stealing the election, I myself look for war in January.

Yes, they should sue her for defamation.

Although they are public figures, she made a very specific charge concerning two parties and bribes that passed between them. The defamation also seems to be motivate by malicious intent, to harm those that are not in lockstep to the President’s seditious desires to disenfranchise voters.

They could ask for discovery and demand her so-called evidence she has and set the record straight.

I also find it revealing that so many Republicans assume the Governor and Secretary of State MUST have taken a bribe because they can’t conceive of anyone doing their duty under the law without some financial benefit to themselves.

Surprised to see you stand up for the Georgia Republican Governor. I don’t think that anyone else is on either side of the aisle. I am out of the loop so I will ask you if the Governor of Georgia himself has denied that he took a bribe?

Sidney Powell and Lin Wood would love for the Georgia Governor to try to sue them for defamation for their accusations. Lin Wood outright dared him to try because it would open up the investigation and he guaranteed he would bury him. Powell said she has pay stubs. Dominion's buy and sell operation had money changing hands all over the place and this makes discovery easier - FOLLOW THE MONEY!

I like Wood for what he did for Richard Jewell when the FBI tried to frame him under Louie Freeh.

Why? I’m interested in what is true, not supporting a party affiliation.

Despite all of the partisan people around here accusing me of being a liberal, Democrat, or “Leftest,” I am none of those things.

If Powell has real evidence of voter fraud, we all need to pay close attention. But from what I gather, all she has is a stack of affidavits, which is extremely weak evidence, since the Trump campaign has had a terrible time with alleged “witnesses” refusing to repeat their assertions under oath in court.

she has shown herself to be inept in court previously — upon careful questioning by Judge Sullivan in the Flynn case, she was forced to reveal that she had previously had a conversation with Donald Trump shortly before Bill Barr forced prosecutors to withdraw their prosecution. That’s not good lawyering, that’s likely using improper influence by asking the President to make the case go away. She’s made a mess of it for Flynn.

Of course, Trump is likely going to give Flynn a pardon so he doesn’t testify against the President.

You are totally incorrect about Flynn. He never did anything wrong. The charges have been dropped. The Judge refuses to dismiss the case. The Judge is a nut or a crook or both.

You think Powell is inept but she is a brilliant attorney. She and Giuliani have the same info on Dominion. Apparently the Governor of Georgia took a bribe. I read somewhere that thieves and liars and voter stealers go to hell and the hottest part, too, just sayin’

Trump has an uphill battle because wealthy Democrats are throwing their weight around in order to take power illegally no matter how much damage it does to the country.

I think Indiana has a backward voting system. I voted on a computer console. There is no paper trail and we are not told if anything about the system is reliable.

Americans attack Trump’s character because of his playboy past. Biden’s character is one of a racist, misogynist scammer but he is considered of high moral character.

Mexico has a federal voter ID. It has a photograph and a thumb print on a plastic card with a halograph. Mexico has better voter ID than we do. Mexico in the past was always known for crooked elections. At least in spite of their poverty and squalor, they are trying to establish a genuine republic.

Sure he did.

Let's deal in facts, not assertions.

He was an agent for Turkey, without disclosing that fact, all the way up to the transition. He lied about that relationship with Turkey in documents he filed with the Department of Justice. He, for some reason, undermined the Obama Administration's retaliation for the Russian hacking and disinformation campaign during the 2016 election -- he lied to the FBI (and Pence) about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Kislyak asking the Russians not to excessively retaliate for the sanctions imposed on Russia, a phone call that seemed to be made shortly after discussion with President Trump and the transition team, who were shockingly undisturbed about Russian involvement in the election. There is more, as well as a fair amount that is redacted, but Flynn swore, TWICE, under penalty of perjury, that he was guilty of lying to the FBI, and specifically and explicitly gave up his right forever to "challenge the circumstances" surrounding his FBI interview.

So let's drop the fiction that Flynn didn't do anything wrong. He lied to protect himself, and likely lied to shield the President from prosecution.

The charges have been dropped. The Judge refuses to dismiss the case.
Because both the prosecution and the defense made claims, under penalty of perjury, that they now saw are not true. The whole scheme is fishy.

The Judge is a nut or a crook or both.
No, the government has acknowledged that to dismiss the case requires the permission of the court. (see the top of page 23 of 46) The case had already been turned over to the court for sentencing. Also (on the same page), the prosecution has not explained why the prosecution team is no longer on the case, nor mention the falsehoods related to Flynn's false statements to the DOJ regarding his work for Turkey, for which Flynn -- according to the prosecution's brief -- is still apparently guilty. Moreover, the government has not withdrawn any of its prior pleadings in the case, including sentencing recommendations, nor assertions made in open court regarding the materiality of Flynn's false statements. (see the top of page 24 of 46)

You think Powell is inept but she is a brilliant attorney.
I haven't seen a bit of evidence for that viewpoint. I know she's a big deal on TV, but so is Judge Judy. TV attorneys on cable and talk radio pundit shows tell the audience what they want to hear. It's the same with Jay Sekulow. I know a bit about religious liberty cases and he violently misquotes them from time to time to suit his audience. He's not so good in court -- and yes, I listened to him argue before the Supreme Court on President Trump's behalf. Not good.

She and Giuliani have the same info on Dominion. Apparently the Governor of Georgia took a bribe.
Those are the accusations. No evidence for them. If she has real evidence, I might change my mind.

Then the President and his administration are doomed. And you need to be careful about repeating the lies. At some point, you become responsible for what you promote and the gossip you tell.

Flynn spilled the beans on Obama. You have a totally warped view of who Sidney Powell is. I think the adjective progressive fits you perfectly. The bad news for you is that the country club GOP is extinct.

I am VERY MUCH responsible for what I say. I have to answer to the Lord Jesus at the end of the age, if not before. That's why I say what I say. To be silent can also be a sin.

Flynn spilled the beans on Obama.
I have no idea what you are talking about. You are going to have to explain that assertion -- and provide evidence.

You have a totally warped view of who Sidney Powell is.
Perhaps. When she files the promised brief that has all kinds of hard evidence in it, I'll reconsider my opinion. But she has been EXTREMELY evasive regarding her evidence. It sounds like it is just a stack of affidavits and that crackpot (so-called inventor of e-mail -- he is not) guy who claims statistical analysis shows that voter fraud exists. His claims have been soundly refuted several times.

I think the adjective progressive fits you perfectly.
I really don't understand the obsession with labeling people around here. I don't appreciate being labeled because the labels are a way of reducing the humanity of a person to a straw man to attack. Moreover, I suspect you mean something very bad by the term "progressive."

I am fundamentalist, moderate, liberal, conservative, progressive, radical, Baby Boomer, Generation X, Austrian, blue-collar, white-collar, a pastor, a theologian, a second-generation American from my mother's side, and descended from colonial Americans on my father's side (documented ancestors going back to Jamestown in 1620). All of those things are true to some degree, but untrue if they are made my whole identity.

The bad news for you is that the country club GOP is extinct.
I have never been a member of a country club, only dated girls whose families had that kind of money and clout. I have no love for elitism. However, I do miss the GOP having integrity.

You have to explain why any attorney should present any evidence to you before court.

You have debated Flynn many times and you just repeat the same stuff over and over. And what you are posting here sounds like AOC talking points. As the palace slave told Cleopatra when he brought her the poisonous snake, “I wish you the joy of the worm.”

I noticed that he didn't deal with any of the documented information I presented, just made another allegation and put a label on me.

Fun times.

That is because you just piled up irrelevant information. All charges have been dropped. The FBI is dirty and I am sure that you are going to post that J Edgar Hoover was a homosexual so that the FBI was always dirty, huh.

Then you need to explain why she is constantly on television making accusations instead of getting her case ready. Obviously, she is trying to influence public opinion, but some of us are not swayed without evidence.

That’s the funny thing about facts — they don’t change. Moreover, I have documented them and no one has refuted them.

And what you are posting here sounds like AOC talking points.
I’m not sure what that’s supposed to mean. Are you saying she is always factual, because she isn’t?

As the palace slave told Cleopatra when he brought her the poisonous snake, “I wish you the joy of the worm.”
That does not sound like a blessing. Why does it upset you that my documented facts do not change?

I posted specific information aligned with the judge’s brief on the case — a legal document that specifies the what has been argued.

All charges have been dropped.
It’s not that simple. As the government noted (if you actually read the evidence I cited and linked), the decision to dismiss the case is in the hands of the judge. Many things were claimed in his court under threat of perjury, and suddenly both sides are saying that all of that is irrelevant.

The FBI is dirty and I am sure that you are going to post that J Edgar Hoover was a homosexual so that the FBI was always dirty, huh.
Uh, no. And why did you make a sudden irrelevant reference to homosexuality? That’s bizarre.

Do you intend to spend the rest of your life throwing stones at Democrat General Flynn?

Nothing personal, but I seriously doubt your ability to debate former US Attorney Powell.

It’s the only time he shows up, when his pocket full of stones are weighing him down. He loves to share the game, but his team is withering at the BB, as it should be. I’m sure he’ll throw some Christian sounding stones my way now, it’s expected. Ignore helps with sanity in trying times.

Ah yes, the “Have you stopped beating your wife?” question.

You cant respond to my simple exposition of reality, so you pretend that I’m the one with issues.

You are probably right. Debating people who are not tethered to facts or reality is a losing proposition. Nothing is gained unless both sides are required to stick to facts and evidence. It will be interesting if she ever gets into a courtroom with her “evidence.” She did not do well before Judge Sullivan in Flynn’s hearings.
